SHIPPING:
Orders placed online through our website typically ship out within 2-3 business days. During times of high volume, such as sales or during the holidays, it can take a bit longer.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders delivered on time and as described.
RETURNS/EXCHNAGE POLICY:
We’re sorry to hear you weren’t feelin’ quite Tassley! However, we understand that sometimes our garments won’t be a perfect fit. We are happy to assist with any returns or exchanges. Please see below for our return and exchange policy:
Returned merchandise must be received by us in the same condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
All customized items are FINAL SALE.
Items purchased with any discount code more than 15% off is considered a FINAL SALE purchase. These items will not be eligible to return for refund.
Merchandise purchased during trunk shows or pop-ups are considered FINAL SALE.
Purchases made at Tassley stockists or boutiques must be returned directly to the original store of purchase.
Please note: we ask for up to 14-21 business days to process all returns and exchanges. During periods of high volume, such as promotions or the holiday’s, it can take a bit more time.

PROCEDURES
Securely package your return.
Print the return label provided from our website, adhere it to your return package and ship it back to Tassley Studios.
A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (if it is refund eligible).
If you choose an exchange, Tassley will cover the cost of the first return shipping.
Please keep a record of your return tracking number.
FULL-PRICED RETURN MERCHANDISE
Within 14 days of Tassley delivery: Full refund or exchange for another size/color or item of equal value.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

- Clear photo(s) of the defect
- Your order number, size/style/color, and tracking number- within 48hrs of the package arrival or your merchandise will not be refunded. We’ll do our very best to make it right!
